The Department of Library, in association with the Yoga and Meditation Cell, organized a Wellness Program on 04 March 2026 at 11 am to 12.30 pm in the Library Reading Hall. The session was conducted by Dr. K. Gurumurthy, Heartfulness Meditation Trainer and Mr. Ramesh, Heartfulness Relaxation Trainer.
They guided the students on the importance of meditation, breathing exercises, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Students actively participated in the session and learned simple techniques to reduce stress and improve concentration. The program was informative and beneficial for the students’ overall well-being.
